01 Who fixes it
No service advisor, no three‑week queue, no runaround. You talk to the person holding the multimeter. Text a photo of the problem and you'll often get an answer before anybody charges you a service call.
Faucets, tongue jacks, toilets, vents, furnaces, water heaters. We stock the things that actually strand people, so a Friday breakdown doesn't become a write‑off weekend.
Winnipeg winters are brutal on a trailer. Winterizing, thawed lines, cracked tanks, soft roofs and rotted framing — we've seen every way the cold gets in, and how to keep it out.
02 Two ways we work
You're on the shoulder of the Trans‑Canada with a dead furnace and a family in the back. We load the van and come to you — campsite, storage lot, driveway or highway.
Heated bay on Wenzel Street for the jobs that need room, time and a roof over them — rebuilds, re‑wires, upgrades and everything you've been putting off since last season.
03 What we fix
No‑starts, sail switches, limit faults, full replacements. Heat is not optional here.
Absorption and 12V fridges, cooktops, A/C units — diagnosed before you're sold a new one.
Anode swaps, element and board failures, tank replacement, bypass and winterizing.
Soft spots, delamination, rot and full tear‑off rebuilds back to sound framing.
Converters, batteries, shore power, inverters, parasitic draws and lighting upgrades.
Pumps, faucets, toilets, tanks, leaks and split lines after a cold snap.
Done properly in fall so spring is a de‑winterize, not an insurance claim.
Jacks, vents, faucets, fixtures and hardware in stock — or ordered in fast.
04 How it goes
Describe it, or send a picture of the part, the panel or the puddle. Half of it gets sorted right there — and that's a service call you didn't pay for.
You get told what's actually wrong, what it'll take, and what it'll cost — including when the right answer is "that's not worth fixing."
Small and urgent? We come to you. Big, structural or cold outside? It comes into the heated bay on Wenzel Street.
Fixed, tested and explained — so you know what happened and how to spot it coming next time.

Am so glad we found Adam! We have a seasonal site at Steep Rock and our 16 year old fridge quit in our trailer and not only was Adam able to talk me through trouble shooting to make sure the fridge was done but ordered a new fridge and had our new fridge in shop in one day.
